Indonesia’s culinary heritage is experiencing a moment of global recognition right now. As Indonesian food trends continue to grow, Bali is preparing to host a major culinary exhibition in Nusa Dua, which will put Indonesian food back in the spotlight.

Exceptional Culinary Expo Set To Wow Tourists In Bali’s Nusa Dua

Nusa Dua is known as Bali’s most luxurious tourism resort. Home to the highest concentration of five-star hotels, Nusa Dua has welcomed everyone from celebrities to royalty to heads of state to billionaires. Nusa Dua is also one of Bali’s major cultural hubs.

Home to the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center, the area has been designed to host huge international events, exhibitions, and conferences. In fact, in 2023, Bali hosted the G20 Summit right in Nusa Dua.

The Bali Interfood 2025 International conference will return to Nusa Dua for its sixth year from 10th to 12th September. While the event is markedly smaller than the G20, the exhibition will take over Nusa Dua for a three-day celebration of food, culinary innovation, and hospitality.

Speaking to reporters the CEO of Krista Exhibitions Daud D Salim, the event organisers, said that Bali Interfood 2025 presents 110 participants, including 40 medium, small and micro enterprises from 17 countries including Belgium, China, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, England, United States, and Vietnam.

The organisers are anticipating welcoming upwards of 15,000 visitors during the exhibition.

Salim told reporters, “The presence of Bali Interfood 2025 is part of a series of food and beverage exhibitions of Krista Exhibitions in three major cities in Indonesia, namely Surabaya with East Food Indonesia, Bali with Bali Interfood, and culminating in Jakarta on 12–15 November 2025 at JIExpo Kemayoran with the theme of SIAL Interfood.”

It is not only the Bali Interfood Expo that is happening, but a series of other food and beverage events are all planned to operate alongside the exhibition, including Bali Hotel & Tourism, Bali Coffee Expo, Bali Wine & Spirit, and Bakery Indonesia Expo 2025.

The Bali Interfood 2025 has received support from the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia, the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, the Bali Provincial Government, and the East Java Provincial Government, as well as leading hospitality associations including Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI) Bali, the Indonesian Food and Beverage Producers Association (GaPMMI), the Indonesian Packaging Federation (IPF), the Indonesian Retail Entrepreneurs Association (Aprindo).
