The MRII Automation feature now enables higher partner engagement by surfacing essential updates intuitively, improved internal accountability through analytics tracking, and more transparent property performance storytelling. This is how we turn internal feedback loops into frontline improvements.
Impact Metrics and Forward Motion
We’re now monitoring adoption of this feature as a key success indicator. Our SLA target is for 10% of inspired investment partners to actively utilize the new Inspired Investment Report experience, tracked through our BVGO Activity Monitoring system in Datavista. The early signs are encouraging. We’re seeing stronger engagement, and even more importantly—we’re seeing feedback that partners feel seen.
