Waterbom Bali is the number one waterpark in the world, and on Saturday, 11th April 2026, it will be bringing the flavour of the 90s to the heart of Kuta.
Waterbom Bali is turning up the volume this April as Waterbom & Friends returns with a special Flavors Bali Edition, bringing two true icons of hip-hop culture to the island for a special back-back poolside session on the decks.
This not-to-be-missed party will be soundtracked by DJ Spinna and Kool DJ Red Alert — both hailing from New York and widely respected as pioneers of this era of sound.
Together they will take over the Oasis Gardens at Waterbom Bali, delivering a night dedicated to the golden era of 90s hip-hop and R&B.
Founded in 1993, Waterbom Bali has been around since the 90s, and this era of music is giving the team, and us here at The Bali Sun, a hit of nostalgia. Do you remember Kuta in the 90s? Oh, how things have changed!
This promises to be a night to remember. Headliner DJ Spinna is internationally acclaimed for his seamless genre-blending sets, moving effortlessly between hip-hop, soul, funk, and house, while Kool DJ Red Alert is a defining voice of hip-hop’s early days, credited with helping break some of the biggest names in the culture through his legendary New York radio shows.
Together, these two DJs bring decades of influence, deep musical knowledge, and an energy that continues to shape dance floors around the world. The night will also spotlight Bali’s local scene, with support from Westside MuzeeQ and Mikey Moran, creating a line-up that bridges global legacy with Bali’s homegrown talent.
The music is, of course, the focus of the night, but it is the setting that will really make this night magical. This Flavours Bali Edition will be hosted in Waterbom’s tropical Oasis Gardens.
The poolside party invites guests to experience a different side of the park — where slides, music, and poolside energy come together after hours.
Waterbom Bali has confirmed that partygoers can arrive early to enjoy the park from 4–6 pm, before the space transitions into a community backyard-style dancefloor as the sun sets.
Waterbom Bali has told us to expect classic tracks, an energetic dancefloor, tropical cocktails, and a few fun extras…of course…Waterbom Bali always pulls out all the stops.
There will be a complimentary Botanical Salon for guests to style up their outfits and an on-site photobooth to capture the night.
Tickets cost IDR 155,000 per person and are available via the Waterbom Bali website. Children under 12 are welcome, provided they are supervised by an adult.
Ticket holders have access to the whole of Waterbom Bali park between 4-6 pm, as well as access to Oasis Gardens, Lagoon Pool, and selected slides until 7 pm (the team will reveal which on the night!). The party will roll until late!
These Waterbom & Friends events are always next level. Previous editions have featured vinyl legend DJ Koko, aka Shimokita from Japan, and another was none other than three-time DMC world champion DJ Craze, who took to the decks.
